In my 20s, I did what you’re “supposed” to do.
Corporate job. Good salary. Steady career. On paper, everything looked fine.
But truthfully? I felt burnt out, disconnected, and like I was living someone else’s life.
Eventually, I asked myself: What actually makes me feel alive?
The answer was simple — training. It gave me structure, confidence, and a sense of control I couldn’t find behind a desk.
So I made the leap. I left the office, got qualified, and built a life around helping others feel strong again — in their body and in their mindset.

Started with a Calf → He lifted a newborn calf onto his shoulders every day
Calf Grew, So Did Milo’s Strength → As the calf got bigger, he kept lifting it
Eventually Carried a Full-Grown Bull → Around the entire city of CROTON
Key Lesson → Gradually increasing resistance builds strength and prevents plateaus
